Small Groups

Small Groups at Southside are where we form friendships, get prayer support, study the Bible, and hold each other up as we grow and minister in our community.   Small Groups meet usually on a weekly basis, either at the church, or in homes.  The first twelve (12) Small Groups you will see on the following list (Sunday morning Classes) meet on Sunday mornings during both Worship Hours.  If you are looking for Small Groups during the week, just keep scrolling down.

We encourage everyone at Southside Bible to visit several Small Groups and then join the one which is the best fit.

Sunday	10:45am	Burmese Bible Class.  This class is led by Sun Meng.  Studying the book of John from the Burmese Bible. They meet in Classroom #1 in the cafe area.
Sunday	10:45am	John Hill's Class in Acts.  Go to the 9am service, and then come on down the hallway to the Adult Education area - Classroom #2, 2nd classroom on your right, and join us in our Bible study of the book of Acts.  This study is led by three (3) great students of the Bible:  John Hill, Scott Cunningham, and David Synder.
Sunday	10:45am	DVD and Discussion-oriented Women's Bible Study - starting a new study on January 8th, 2012, .  "Walking by Faith" - with Jennifer Rothschild. This is a Bible Study DVD series, We watch the DVD one week, and discuss it the next.  You will need to purchase a workbook.  We have them in class for purchase.  The Study is co-ordinated by Sandy Menner, and several women take turns leading the study each week -  it's for women of all ages. Monday	7:00 pm	Choir and Orchestra:  Southside has a seasonal choir which is directed by Jerry Ross and sings during the Lent and Advent time frames.
