Registration Form for the Men's Retreat - 2010 - "Until Christ Be Formed in You"

Fill out the following, and click "submit".  You will be registered for the Southside Bible Men's Retreat, 2010.  Please remember to note whether or not you will be spending the night.  The cost is $50 if you are spending the night, or $25 if you are only joining us for meals.  Your payment for the weekend can be made at church, at the sign-up table in the lobby at church, or you can pay as you arrive at the Retreat on September 17th.  See you there!
