Registration Form For Women's Retreat 2010 - Matters of the Heart

Fill out the following, and click "submit". You will be registered for the Southside Bible Women's Retreat, 2010. Please remember to note whether or not you will be spending the night. The cost is $65 is you are staying overnight, or $40 if you are attending without a hotel room. Your payment for the weekend can be made at church, at the sign-up table, any Sunday in August, or you can pay as you arrive at the Retreat on September 10th.
