Dear All,
I had the opportunity to post something on my blog. You can read the full update on: http://yallahkawala.blogspot.com
I am having difficult time getting internet service that works. When that issue is resolved, I will be effective with communication.
How interesting to feel like a stranger at home! One reason is, the city of Monrovia is hosting perhaps more than four times the amount of people for which it is capable. People are everywhere in large numbers. It is like taking residency in a flea market. This is more than I’ve ever seen or imagine possible in this city. This is no exaggeration. Aloneness is nearly impossible; yet aloneness, especially with the Lord; is more needed now than ever!
I am experiencing a hugh cultural shock because there are things that are different and did not exist where I was here. I have given a little more detail on my blog.
Please keep us in your prayers that the Lord will keep us from violence in this election. Signs are not good, but there is hope in Jesus' name.
Blessings in Jesus,
Yallah
